Brassworks is a full-service fireplace, brass restoration and fine hardware company located in Providence RI. Our relationship began with the company founder, and continues with the new owners today.

Brassworks represents successful implementation of many of the services we offer, from identity and web development to print design and trade show support.


Identity

As a luxury products and services company, the Brassworks brand is of prime importance. Tavistock provided completely revised branding, including a mood board and color palette to guide brand usage across all media.

Web

We developed a new Adobe Business Catalyst web site with full content management and marketing support. The new site offers a luxurious presentation of Brassworks products and company, including product-specific calls to action and contact forms. The web site also facilitates Brassworks’ email marketing, social media and related online marketing activities.

Campaigns – Postcards / Mailers

Brassworks reaches out to its several client types using multiple media, and required Tavistock support to design and produce print materials to drive near term sales. Tavistock designed and managed the production of custom presentation folders with product-specific inserts, as well as postcards and other campaign materials.

Print – Brochures / Folders

Brassworks also needed more basic print material support, such as business cards and brochures. These were designed by Tavistock to ensure a consistent presentation across all printed material, promoting the Brassworks brand with a high level of quality and integrity.

Trade Show

Capitalizing on their rapidly improving market position, Brassworks began exhibiting at major architectural trade shows in New England. To support this endeavor, Tavistock designed not simply a pop up banner or two, but rather a complete trade show experience for the end user. Beginning with research of the trade shows and their visitor base, Tavistock developed a comprehensive experience from booth approach and first interaction through departure and prospect follow up.
